Biography

Mark manages all aspect of the call center for TreatmentCalls.com. He is responsible for his team’s staffing, hiring, and training of our 16-seat call center. Providing quality lead generation for our clients is what motivates him and his team! He is constantly monitoring and coaching our call center agents to improve on their daily quantity of calls made reaching out to those seeking help for their addiction.

His expertise includes many years of call center experience with both inbound and outbound dialing campaigns, customer service, sales campaigns, and quality assurance. Mark has excelled in managing both large and small call centers, both on site and offshore as well.

Mark is most passionate in the addiction treatment space as we all have someone whether family or close friend that has been deeply touched by addiction! Mark is an avid cyclist and can be seen with a group pedaling up and down A1A here in south Florida on the weekends involved in numerous zMotion charity rides throughout the year.
